Revisiting Exhibit B (January 10, 2021)

Way back in mid-2020 – when Intellectual Unseriousness took full control of narrative cultivation on a nationwide basis for a period – I started a series of posts over at Ricochet titled Midnight in the Republic. Unfortunately, all are safely hidden from me now along with all my posts from a dozen years of membership, including the ones that were promoted to the Main Feed for public viewing. Luckily, I had preserved some nuggets from this series over here…including the topic here from Volume 9.

Well, some great portion of We the People may have taken back that narrative cultivation power, but the establishment media is still trying to drive. We are now in the phase where they – largely through the joke that is Jake Tapper – try to dictate the new history of the awareness of Biden’s collapsed mental capabilities while in office. They, of course, are lying:

Before profiting off the media conspiracy to hide Biden’s decline,
@jaketapper helped run it

What a pompous ass.

Just for future reference, Biden’s lack of full adult mental acuity was obvious to all willing to see during the election in 2020:

Joe Biden Was Senile? Who Knew?

Who didn’t? I was on Australian television during the 2020 election campaign, and casually mentioned that Joe Biden was senile. Rita Panahi was startled and said, “Wait, what? Joe Biden is senile?” I explained that this was why he was running a basement campaign rather than putting on campaign events like Donald Trump did. It seemed obvious at the time.

Biden’s debility became increasingly clear over the four years of his term. …

The White House didn’t fool me or anyone else who was paying attention, so I am pretty sure they didn’t fool Tapper or his colleagues in the press, nearly all of whom are in the tank for the Democratic Party. If they now collectively look stupid, it could be worse. Their effort to foist a senile hack on the American people could have succeeded.

[Emphasis added]

I bring this up now because of absolute necessity of this line of thinking in the here and now:

Why we need to humiliate Joe Biden

Exposing his cognitive decline may seem cruel. He’s a sad old man. But it’s necessary; it’s the best way to keep other similarly addled sad old men from clinging to power at all costs.

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was even more demented than we knew. …

You wouldn’t trust the guy in this interview to drive to the grocery store.

Joe Biden had the nuclear codes. …

I have written before about the media’s dereliction of duty in covering Biden’s decline, both before and after the Hur report, which continued until his disastrous June 27 debate in Atlanta made covering for him impossible.

And I will come back to the media’s failure. Hur’s report made clear that Biden’s cognitive impairment was severe and the White House was covering it up. That scheme should have been the story of the 2024 campaign from the moment the report became public.

[Emphasis Added]

Actually, as hinted at in the final two paragraphs above, this thinking actually needs to go much further. We need to mock, humiliate, and never forget those who assisted and enabled the coverup of an entire four-year term for a prideless puppet of an Executive. As I said just hours prior to his exit from office:

The Office of the President of the United States has never been smaller than it is today. (That changes for the better in one magic instant less than forty hours from now.) The fact that one of our two major political parties intentionally installed a hollow vessel happy to have the title but without an ounce of pride in the authority that goes with it and the uses of it done in his name by others…nameless, faceless others…should stain the Democrat brand forever. If only they were capable of the shame associated with their very damaging un-American games.

Now, after that rather long set-up, to return to the reference made in the title of this post. As I suggest endless mockery for the Jake Tappers or the world, I want to remind you of what the puppeteer class was driving at when they thought they had finally attained everlasting power on these shores. For this I turn to what was presented in Midnight in the Republic, Volume 9 on January 10, 2021 (and regurgitated in its entirety here) as Exhibit B. Remember, this was just four days after J6 and the entire Progressive system was reaching for their prize…and the arrogance knew no ends:

“Anyone now seeking national redemption by claiming to no longer support Trump must acknowledge how wrong it was to ignore & enable his corrupt, dishonest, & divisive agenda. Total denunciation of a despot’s legacy is necessary to eradicate any remaining malignancy.”

Remember the budding de-banking wave? And the blacklisting of lawyers for…being lawyers? You should.

And you just have to love the ever-present projection from the Un-American forces of the Left…the Biden Administration was undoubtedly the most corrupt, dishonest, and divisive era in modern times. (If you still suffer from the illusion that the mainstream aura of the first Trump term wasn’t mostly a fiction created by the extended temper tantrum from the left, then you still don’t understand recent American history.)

The demand for “total denunciation” is telling…and not at all surprising coming from Comrade Brennan. Instead, I propose it is a choice. Until the American Left makes the decision to completely abandon every aspect of Obama-Bidenism they should be mocked and afforded not one ounce of intellectual credibility at every turn. This applies from the top of the ticket to the most ignoble piss boy in their stable…Jake Tapper. FJB.

I hope to return soon with a reminder regarding Exhibit C in the same reference post. Stay tuned…

UPDATE – This is worth adding as an historical marker of clarity in corners of the “blogosphere” while the system is still focused on this week’s “squirrel!” moment…or, in the case of Jake Taper, this week’s weasel.

On Having a Senile President

“We don’t need @jaketapper or anyone else to tell us Biden has been increasingly senile since the 2020 election. We need them to tell us who was actually running the federal government from 2020-2024 and how they did it. You’re not coming clean until you come clean about that.” – Randy Barnett

The story of who ran the Executive Branch for four years, and how, is the story that needs to be told. But–not surprisingly–it is a story about which the liberal press is pathologically incurious.
