The enduring stench of the GWB administration – one “conservative” Chief Justice John Roberts – has reliably offered up the all-too-occasional stink bomb into the atmosphere of American Politics since (at least) 2012. In that sense, the demise of any carefully crafted illusion of intellectualism can be seen over the great portion of his tenure so far. (Speaking of crafted illusions, don’t even get me started on Justice Barrett. But I digress.) But it appears that the history of the quickening around the exposure of the actual intellectual bankruptcy that exists under that robe will be played out in a manner of weeks. This weeks entry into that diary:

‘Over-finessing’ may be the nicest possible way for describing the poor asswiping skills repeatedly demonstrated by The Roberts Court that are only accelerating the growth of this ugly skid mark across an entire branch of our federal government. The results are already awful…and it seems to be getting worse by the day.
