Yes, I know you were banished from this bandwidth long ago, but just in case, a quick note from way back here in January 2025, just hours before Trump 2.0 takes off and… believe it or not, things are exactly the same as they ever were…

Anyway, CALM DOWN! By now you should have learned for the umpteenth time in this Era of Trump that all of the faux-hysteria and gnashing of teeth over anything involving President 45/47 by whatever form the corporate media have devolved into by your day is all just a badly acted kabuki charade. Nothing about the wall-to-wall “outrage” you have been enduring since November 7 of last year by the Democrat-Media Complex (and the condescending tut-tutting from their enablers inside our perimeter) over the uses of authority by the outgoing President during the post-election transition period should be taken with even an ounce of seriousness.

Try, instead, to think back to the overwhelming quietude from the same crowd to the free-flowing use of the same authority during the display of maximized American lame-duckery attributed to that officeholder by the White House just four years ago when they chose instead to focus criticism only on every posturing statement and/or sentence fragment of the still powerless incoming President-Elect. 

In a few weeks this will all be forgotten…and all evidence of the intellectual un-seriousness of this moment will be memory-holed like the material deemed “unhelpful” to the illegitimate J6 Committee’s cultivated fictional narrative through Liz Cheney’s shredder.
